Personal identification information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
Hard Products (Physical Items)
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Class Cancellation (Web and In-Person Classes)
All class cancellations will be subject to a minimum of a $25 processing fee. This fee will be reduced from the total amount paid at time of registration. All class cancellations must be initiated 7 days prior to actual class date. All cancellations or no show less than 7 days from actual class date will receive no refund. If a class has been rescheduled and the participant does not attend the class selected, no refund will be issued.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days.

We are unable to refund orders for downloadable products, due to nature of the product. If you have questions regarding a downloadable product, please call 651.407.8699.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You must add these items to your cart and purchase the item. Once you have successfully purchased the item you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email there will be a list of items you purchased. Any item that has a downloadable document will have the words “Download Files” to the right of the item. The words “Download Files” is a hyperlink that will bring you to our website to download the document. You must be logged into our shopping site with your username and password in order to download the file.
